How about just adding Strenght and Toughness together and multiply that by a racial number (given below): Humans: x25 Dwarfs: x19 Elves: x20 Halflings: x25 (even we do not have them... Ok - Good point there. Didn't think that further. Idea was that Halflings total (St & To) stays low. Maybe idea needs max size also. That would be the maximun total (St + To) that counts. So, Halflings this could be 6. IF Halfling would gain St + To amount higher than 6, you still count the weight by just 6. Small Halflings weight about 75-85lbs and heavy weight Halflings 140+lbs (these are from WFRP2). So, this should keep that right. Also you have to remember it still doesn't make Halflings bigger than they are in height, just - Bulkier, but not same way as Dwarfs (who are very muscled). And the amount is in pounds offcourse. The idea was following (minimun total of St & To / average St & To / high St & To - can go higher): Humans: x25 (min: 4 / average: 6 / high: 9); max count: ?? Dwarfs: x19 (min: 6 / average: 8 / high: 10); max count: ?? Elves: x20 (min: 4 / average: 6 / high: 9); max count: ?? Halflings: x25 (min: 3 / average: 5 / high: 7); max count: 6 Dont know would other races also need max count? But this is just simple quick rule... Even the multiplier is the same (or even larger) you have to remember the size difference and little compare the final result not just the multiplier number. For example if you would compare Halfling and Human, which would both have St+To=5 x 25 = and weight 125lbs. Human would be pretty skinny and small. I based the idea of weight for WFRP2 weight table, but maybe lesser number would be more right. OR this is why Halflings are not presented in the WFRP3 ruleset and we just forget them now... valvorik 271 Posted May 8, 2011 Omens of War gives a typical Encumbrance value (which is not same as weight) for a human rider (15 I think, don't have it before me), one could extrapolate to others. Fresnel2 2 Posted May 9, 2011 I recommend p24 of 2nd Edition Core rules. There is a table that seems intelligently constructed. Essentially, on average Dwarfs are lighter than Humans. The 50-56 line reads: Dwarf: 140 Elf: 130 Halfling: 100 Human:155 Imo this makes sense as although dwarfs are more muscled and squat, volume is a function of hight to the power of 3.
