hi. i wonder if you get trade good in every status pahse for all your trade agreements?

No you get tradegoods from  your active trade agreements when it is stated on the trade strategy card... Trade I and II will give the first tradegoods at Round 2, due to the first round will only let you trade contracs with eachother.
