Judge Test/Tournament Organizer

With the new show on HBO interest in the game has picked up quite a bit.  I was curious to know if there was a judge test for the game?  What do I need to do to become a tournament organizer?  Any info would be great.

At this point, you don't need to do anything.  Just have your store order a league kit, and start running events.

Thanks for the assistance. I own a store, actually.  There was a group of us thinking we need to make a trip down to NYC to play in one of your events.  The May 21st would be perfect except I am going down the week before for a Yankees vs. Sox game.  Making the drive from Rochester two weeks in a row is not exciting.

In France, TO have keep the title of Night Watch, and "La Garde de Nuit" make the organized game.

Is there someone in charge of the overall organized play program in France?  Do you get the regular league kits from FFG,or does their French printing partner help out?
