Looking for specific resources

Considering that I'm going to create my own campaign for my group, I was looking for a few resources that I can remember they existed.

- A tool that lets me create my own location cards, item cards, etc?

- A font for the dice symbols as seen or used by Hedgewizard in his little scenario. (Not referring to the hammer symbols etc, but the actual dice shapes/colours. (Might also be a bunch of small pictures)

Haven't been able to locate them unfortunately, and could really use them.

Any finger pointing in the right direction is appreciated!
