SO just wonder how many of us have treid to use componests from the old CIv. board game onto this one.  The city modles work well.  And I know a large part of u out there own a copy of the old Civ.  or did at one point.

i have thought about it. but i don't see a reason i might be lazy, but i don't want to get the game out to just add a few pieces. i had some ideas to add or allow more cities, but it will just make they game too easy. so no i won't do it. although it would be cool if you wanted to update the new pieces with the old pieces. plastic being better then paper any day, but the paper has everything wrote out in front of you.

That was such a good suggestion - I ran in the other room and added some metal risk pieces as well before I even got to the bottom of this thread.
