Tank9 0 Posted December 3, 2010 I got this proof of purchase tile with my Civ board game and i dont really know what it is used for. Is it to register your game? Activate a digital copy of Civ5? Even google doesn't know the answer so i was hoping you guys could shed some light.
PBnJ 5 Posted December 4, 2010 no idea but FFG has been putting then in most of their games. a nice little punch out proof . NOw u don't have to worry about cutting out the one on the box i guess.
justin hendry 0 Posted December 5, 2010 i came up with the idea it's because if you find your copy has defects you only have to take pictures and mail in the proof of purchise. it might have been a silly idea, i also thought maybe they might be doing a point system how many proof of purchases do you have? o.k i'm being a tad silly
Bleached Lizard 31 Posted December 5, 2010 More worryingly, there's nothing in the rules to direct you on who it should be handed to at the beginning of the game...
Periculum 0 Posted December 8, 2010 If anyone has opened twilight Imperium, you would understand FFG's desire to print something on every open space of every cardboard sheet. I mean EVERY space.
