New event encrypted data chip question

I have a quick question about the new stage 1 event, encrypted data chip.  The second part reads: "... You may then purchase one of the following technologies for free: ... 'Cloaking Field' ..."  Does this refer to the terran cloaking field for ghosts and wraiths, or the protoss cloaking field for arbiters, or both?  Given that restoration is for terrans and parasite is for zerg, I was assuming this cloaking field referred to the protoss, but I wanted to double check.  Maybe the terrans are just special for this one?

That's a tough question. I think it refers to the Protoss, but until Corey clears the wording, the Terrans should be able to purchase their own also.

Did you mean: ONLY to Protoss? 

If not, Terrans would be able to choose what technology to receive (or: to receive even both Cloaking Field and Restoration)

I always assumed that 3 mentioned technologies were meant for each rase one technology:

Restoration for Terrans, Consume for Zergs and  for Protoss remains (problematic) Cloaking field.

The point of this card is to gain a place in your play area tech card for one of your assist unit, either the earlier ones (medic, queen and arbiter) or the later ones (science vessel, defiler, and dark archon). The terran cloaking field doesn't fit in the structure of this event card.
