Any organised play in the Bristol?

 Hi,

As I have been reading the books recently and I am a keen MTG player I brought the AGoT core set after watching the video tutorial(Nice move  BTW FFG) I intend to play with a few friends anyway but wondered is there was any organised play in the Bristol Area?

Hi there Bish, is it Bristol UK you are referring to? If so myself and my girlfriend play and live in Bath, so right next door, so far we have only been playing with folks at the london meets but would be happy to meet people closer to home also.

 Thanks for the reply, sorry it took so long to post back so far I have only convinced one of my friends to play. I love the game there just seems to be a distinct lack of players as for a game love to just need to arrange a meet between Bristol and Bath at the moment I have only got the core set, I will look in to maybe picking up a few additional cards for the two houses me and my friend play.

Yeah I agree on the lack of players here in the UK, mainly I believe because I find no shops selling the game so people only hear of it over the web, from my personal experience. As for what cards you have or not don't worry about it, if we meet up we can always just use those from which ever sets you have (can even use the decks standard to the core set). As I said myself and the girlfriend have been traveling to meet people in London every month and again on the 4th of december. You would be welcomed to come along (theres always some one who would be willing to lend a deck) only problem with that is the mighty journey and cost to get there haha. So playing more local would be great for us, would just need to find somewhere to play in bristol.
