I cannot add any games to my collection. Is this a known issue or have I done something wrong?

I seem to be having the same issue. I haven't noticed anything in the forums to point toward them taking the feature down, but who knows.

Hi I just registered for  account and I can not customize my games either. I am using firefox but have also tried internet explorer which usually lets everything work. Anyway I have gone to the rpg section, boardgames, and all games and nothing but the grey background screen appears with my profile name. When using internet explorer I get this message

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'

Type mismatch: '[string: "1/"]'

/edge_asp/edge_funciones.asp, line 256

I don't see anything on either Firefox or IE. I just see the top of the profile bar and it says edit game collection, or whatever, but there is nothing else.

I just registered and when I click on editing my games I get no options.  There is simply a grey bar along the top with my username and my avatar - just like what was described above.

I have only tried it with Firefox, and as others have said the same thing happens with IE I won't bother checking it until I see a response here.

I'm having the same problem and I can't seem to search for or add friends either.  I'm not convinced that all the new (broken) features are worth losing all the speed and convenience of the old web site.  Can we go back?

It seems to me we all have the same problem.  Now, what do we all have in common?  We all have ZERO points next to the "My Games" icon on our profiles.  The only one to say that they are NOT having problems, has points in that spot.  Ergo...

It looks as if we will have to earn those points.  Not sure how that is done, and the forum guidelines seem to hold this a secret... perhaps posting is a good way?

Same problem here.  The site also seems to be rather slow but that may be due to heavy traffic or just high bandwidth requirements.

The My Games problem seems to be fixed for me; however, I am having the exact same issue with the Friends List and Friends Finder pages.  This is a brand new site, so I am sure there are bound to be some bugs to be worked out.

You don't get "points" in the spot next to your "My Games" icon. That number is simply the number of games you have in your library. So in order to get more than 0 there, you have to be able to edit your library.

I had the same issue, which is now resolved. However, the issue still occurs in other profile editing areas (frex, Privacy and Security settings).
