Drake Leonclaw 0 Posted October 21, 2010 Again I apologize if this is a noob question, new the boards, but I noticed a contradiction in the rules between two of the expansions. In The Reaper, it is stated that Warlock Quest cards are chosen freely by players wanting to take one, where as in Frostmarch it says to draw the top card from the Warlock Quest deck. Which is right (officially, that is, I know either way could be played and it'd be fine)?
Velhart 0 Posted October 21, 2010 I should choose random and follow the Frostmarch rules. It's too easy to pick a warlock quest that you like..
Cynewulf2 0 Posted October 22, 2010 The problem is that with 36 quests, it's GRANTED that you will able to complete instantly at least one of them if you could choose...
Velhart 0 Posted October 22, 2010 And now that we get the quest reward cards from the Sacred pool expansion, it is too easy to pick a easy warlock quest to get a powerful quest reward
Drakkkan 0 Posted October 25, 2010 Personaly we are playing that you shuffle quests at the begining of game and place them on warlock´s Cave and any character who accept Quest, just draw one from the top. Quest are TOO easy generally (lose one Gold etc...) and to choose one freely ? Meh... not good
Jamos 0 Posted October 25, 2010 If you just have the Reaper expansion then you choose. If you have both the Reaper and Frostmarch (or just Frostmarch) you draw from a shuffuled combined face down deck.
Velhart 0 Posted October 25, 2010 You can still play random if you have only the reaper expansion
