ffgfan 0 Posted October 18, 2010 Wow, now this an announcment. It will bring such crads like: Light of Morrslieb And the first battlepack will bring: Ungor raiders (Chaos), River Troll (Orcs), Dark Elves Infiltrators (DE), neutral cards - Wood Elves and Forest Spirits Can't wait for more info. Warhammer Invasion is growing and I like it! For me the next cycle is even better then Enemy Cycle becouse it looks far more interesting. Let the real War for the Old World begin. swingjunkie 0 Posted October 18, 2010 I'm simply excited by this news cause it means we'll at least get one more cycle, which considering the complaints of brokeness and the slow tournament scene, is GREAT news! I am, however, worried about the new card that lets you double developments while Mining Tunnels is still in the card pool......but I will hold out hope and have faith that the problem will be neutralized by then. jogo 4 Posted October 18, 2010 Yeah, now you can use your 3 tunnels 2 times a turn.
Shindulus 7 Posted October 18, 2010 The first major goal of The Morrslieb Cycle is to encourage players to build developments They could have replaced it by : The first major goal of The Morrslieb Cycle is to encourage order deck to build developments
Harliquine 0 Posted October 18, 2010 Lets not be too hasty disorder benefits fairly well from developements too. We just didn't have a reliable method of getting them on the table any where near as quickly as the order side. Now with dwarf slaves and that new support card we have a chance to get what we need out. And I see a chaos beastmen theme going which may be the trick chaos players have been waiting on. Now what I didn't expect was wood elves. With the battle pilgrams card we got in the last expansion I really expect Brittonia to be next neutral faction for order making them catch up. And that would leave chaos dwarves and wood elves out for future release. Instead now we have a teaser for Brittonia and more elves on the table. Fair enough. Doc9 41 Posted October 18, 2010 I can not wait for Wood Elves. With all of these powerful neutral units, Zealot Hunters are pretty much required in every order deck now.
Deagal 0 Posted October 19, 2010 I'm also looking forward to those woodelves. Also deckbuilding gets more interesting by every new battlepack. Old strategies change. New strategies arise.
jogo 4 Posted October 19, 2010 Minning Tunnels remain.
Deagal 0 Posted October 20, 2010 True Jogo. And they get stronger. But we don't know most of the upcoming cards yet. Maybe we'll have new ways to destroy or disable the mining tunnels, or even better cards?

Thought about making it a non-optional "draw 2 cards", but then you probably get decking out strats using MT.
