Well a few things.  I am not sure the negatives go well with that of the chapter, and they are without significant in game consequences or direct negatives.  A good example of solid negatives is to look at the space wolfs. 

The second thing is you have no psychic powers associated.  I'd suggest some fire / machine spirit based powers.
