Type 3 R. Mika/Dhalsim explosion?

So I finished off my playset of Sardine's Sunday and decided to build Mika again, but I'm also considering side decking some of the new Dhalsim attacks and whatnot. Mika was the character I was first drawn to before Morrigan but I couldn't build her well, and the new Dhalsim is just brutal. I still don't have much of an idea of what to run them as but as a water deck they both seem pretty solid, but I'm also considering throwing in some Void goodies. I'll throw down what I have considered now and rip it up.

All of that listed is only what I have. Obviously I'd love Feline Spike's, Chester's, Olcadan's, Aquakinesis, all those. Even if I don't have them, suggest them anyway or suggest other cards that might be easier to get. Help a guy out.
