the new Billy

so I was looking at the new Billys cards and thought to myself WOW! these are pretty sweet. I also wanted to build a fun Air/Water deck that didn't use Feline Spike as the kill condition and I found that with some pretty easy tri-symboling, Billy can get a lot of control on the board with the stuff to keep it there. Here's the deck list, I haven't had a chance to play-test it yet (I'm going away this week, so missing out on our standard tournaments and then the patch event is the week after I get back.) but it looks like it could be a fun deck. If you see anything obvious that I can fix, by all means mention it.
