Aura Extension

Heya, newcomer here, I have a question about aura extension.

Does it affect you arms and legs(unarmed attacks)?

Reading the description of the power I would think not, but my logic thinks that it should.

Has there been any discussion about this that you can point me to?

"Presence Extrusion" affects your unarmed attacks (you can affect supernatural things with all of your body)

"Aura Extension" grants this benefit to your equipment (mainly weapons and armour). The extra damage, fortitude and breakage being also added to your unarmed attacks.

"Aura Extension" works with melee weapons, ranged weapons, thrown weapons, unarmed attacks, martial arts, any weapons/effects created through ki techniques.
It does not work with spells or psychic powers.

Hi everyone. Though I'm reading this Forum for quite some time, this is my first post.

I have a problem understanding the Ki Abilites "Presence Extrusion" and "Aura Extension". I'm playing a Paladin and want her to have these abilites, so that she is able to attack supernatural beings (like etheral beings) and to block supernatural attacks (luckily for me, I gave her see supernatural when I've built the character just for the flavor).

As I read these abilities "Presence Extrusion" allows her to do these actions unarmed while "Aura Extension" provides my character with the abilty to use this with Weapon, Shield and other stuff.

I thought, that the "only" benefits of Aura Extension were the "use" of "Presence Extrusion" with Weapons and stuff like that and the increased damage (+10) as well the better Fortitude. And in my opinion this really rocks.

Lately my GM told me that a character using "Aura Extension" would attack on the Energy Table. He said it was described somewhere in the book and he read it in this forum (maybe with some reading between the lines). But I don't find any prove, neither in the book nore in this forum, but maybe my english is too bad, so that I missed it. And I don't want to use this enomous Advantage attacking with Energy Type unless it's bulletproof (I always try not to become a munchkin).

In the way I read it it's an attack that allows me to attack supernatural beings, but I would use the Cutting Type Damage Table (Longsword) with an extra Damage of 10 because of "Aura Extension".

I hope you can understand my problem/question because I'm no natural speaker so my english may be sort of confusing.

I can tell you that Presence Extrusion/Aura Extension doesn't allow you to attack against Energy AT. Nemesis Extrusion allows so. It only allows you to touch energy, but your attacks are still very physical.
