Make your Strange Eons Custom Investigator Sheets blend with the original sheets even more!

Recommended Posts

I noticed that the pictures Strange Eons generates is slightly off in the colors compared to the original investigator sheets. I decided to fix this. Here's a guide that will make your own investigator sheets blend much better with the original ones.

Do you want your custom Strange Eons Investigator Sheets to look even more like the original ones? All you need to do is this:

1. Generate a .jpg or .png from the SE software of the investigator sheet you would like to print.

2. Open the generated .jpg or .png in Photoshop

3. Choose Image>Adjustments>Selective Color...

4. First, make sure you have Relative, instead of Absolute, selected at the bottom of the menu.

Make these changes in the selective color menu:
Reds - Cyan -100%, Magenta -15%
Yellows - Magenta -20%, Yellow -10%
Blues - Cyan -25%, Magenta -40%, Black -10%
Whites - Magenta -40%, Black +15%

5. Press OK, and you're done!

You need to make the final adjustments yourself since every different printer will generate a slightly different result. The values above are only intended as a starting point, however, you will still see a much better resemblance with the original cards by just applying these instead of doing nothing!

Remember that this will alter the portrait image of the sheet. If you don't want to alter the portrait you will need to select everything but the portrait by using the Marquee-, Lasso- and Magic Wand-tools before applying the settings described above.

Hope this helps!
