Balrog, Dhalsim, or Nightmare Geese?

I love all three of these guys' new cards, and I can't figure out which one I'd rather build a deck around. Honestly I'm leaning more towards a control Geese deck, but Dhalsim's new character is pretty insane. Any thoughts of the better character given the current Type 3 support?

Good man! Geese is awesome. Not that I'm biased or anything xD

 

Balrog and Geese have the most solid symbol setup, with Balrog being an EXTREMELY aggressive character, and Geese being very control oriented. I plan on putting together some kind of tri-symbol Geese deck with Ira-Spinta, so that they're always going to be checking off their momentum with 2 and 3 checks. Evil and Chaos go well together, just like Chaos and Air. And he's got great other attacks, like his Double Reppuken (or whatever they called it). He might be lacking a great kill card, though, with the iSpin strategy (maybe Family Tradition?). Chaos gives a much better attack base with that one exception
