Recovering from discard to play

Hello:)

I've got a question. When units enter play from a discard pile, are the printed effects trigger? Like "forced or acion: when this unit enters play..." ?

If the effect has a "enters play" trigger, then it goes off, but not if it triggers on "when you play this unit" (which means from hand).
