Cards with faction symbols in the title

Hello everybody,

I am very interested in this game and I am planning to purchase the Core Set in the next few weeks.

Recently, I read the rulebook on the website. On page 4 there is the "Sword of Y'ha-talla" as an example for a Support card. In the title of the card there are two Cthulhu symbols. So my questions is: What do these two symbols mean? In the description of the card traits they are not mentioned. Please forgive me if I am only too stupid to find it in the rulebook.

I am looking forward to your answer because I think this game could become one of my favourites.

 This is called "Steadfast".  It means that you must have two Chtulhu resources somewhere in your domains to play it.  You don't need to drain domains containing these resources - you just have to have them somewhere as resources.
