Sacrificing buffed unit via Brutal offering

Hi

Got a question for ya!

If i buff my unit with Berserk Fury and after attack i will sacrifice this unit with power X + 3 from BersF. Will it deal X dmg to all battlefields or X + 3?

Same problem with a Spiders, they got a buff during attack. Can i use Master Rune of Spite when they are declared as attackers and will it deal 2 dmg or none to spiders?

It will do X + 3 with Brutal Offering.

Spiders take 2 dmg from MRoS when attacking, 0 other times.
