FMalakai2 0 Posted August 5, 2010 The rulebook says that during the Command Phase, a player can discard 2 order tokens of the same type to order an active unit of any rank. So, could you discard 2 order tokens of the same type to obtain instead a Morale order token and utilize it to rally a single unit (or improve your Morale value)? My personal answer is NO, that you can’t, because in the order token rulebook page, near the Morale symbol (banner), it’s said that when you play a Morale order token you can rally a single inactive unit but you can’t order it (and so the … to order an active unit of any rank sequence is not verified).
