Player A initiates a challenge against player B having a plot card with claim value of 1 and the defending player B declares no defending characters and uses the Bones of a Child attachment in play:

Challenges: Discard Bones of a Child from play (cannot be saved) to lower the Claim value on an opponent's revealed plot card by 1 for the duration of the challenge.

Question: Is the challenge considered won and player A gets power for unopposed challenge or the challenge needs to have claim value of at least 1 to be considered won?
