T70 Driver 1,344 Posted September 25 (edited) The assembly instructions for the Republic AT-RT...where are they? I went to the website in the parts list and searched. Nothing. Nada. Nichts. Kind of hard to put together a model without the instructions to do so. As the comic book guy would say....WORST. INSTRUCTIONS. EVER. I logged a support ticket with them about it on thursday last week, the only response i have had yet is that they have passed "it along to the appropriate team" on tuesday but nothing since then
Alpha17 2,853 Posted September 25 Best as I can figure.... there aren't any instructions. At least nothing released yet. If this wasn't FFG that we were talking about, I'd be surprised that for one of the first units that points to the website for assembly instructions the instructions weren't there. Since this is FFG we're talking about, it is both fitting, and incredibly sad. 3 Darth Sanguis, Tirion and Caimheul1313 reacted to this
Caimheul1313 2,990 Posted September 25 Clearly posting the instructions is now the responsibility of the intern who used to be in charge of the upcoming page. 1 9 costi, Jedirev, twincast and 7 others reacted to this

T70 Driver 1,344 Posted September 27 Ok, found a video (h/t to Crabbok) for the assembly. Skip to 7:40 for the start of the assembly. 1 Crabbok reacted to this
.art. 11 Posted September 27 Just for information... i am working as technical writer and know that tricks with saving money by dont print documents... ehh: The documentation of a product is an integral part of the product. Missing documentation is a defect that can be made according to the Defects Act and you can withdraw from the purchase. I would therefore ask FFG to fulfill its duty as the distributor of the article and provide the complete documentation. In addition, it is difficult to olbige the user to research the documentation himself via the Internet. Therefore I would recommend going back to the printed documentation. Everything else is legally vulnerable. And it's kind of embarrassing to promise the assembly instructions on the Internet for an article, but not to make them available 2 weeks after the article was published. Covid or not ... that is just unproffesional. Alles andere ist gesetzlich angreifbar.) 2 1 RejjeN, Memorare and Tirion reacted to this
Caimheul1313 2,990 Posted September 27 @.art. If you want to ask FFG to fulfill anything, I recommend contacting them directly. They don't seem to monitor the forums. 1 .art. reacted to this
