Hello, if after activating THanisson he ends up having in arc up to R2, an already Stressed Ship can he use ability (tractor)?

No, his ability requires them to gain the stress when they're in front of him.

Note that, Thanisson only requires the ship to gain a stress token. So even if that ship is currently stressed, if it gains another token while in his front arc, he will trigger.

Its too restrictive...i dont understand it thematiacally...since the ship is already stressed and its in my arc whats the difference if it gains the stress when IT comes insinde my arc...

Thematically, she has to *See* the pilot doing something stressful.

Mechanically, how exactly would you trigger it? Simple moving into your arc? That would then exclude someone gaining stress within your arc. That would also exclude any abilities that cause them to gain stress from things Other than simply moving. That would become far too convoluted to include/exclude everything. Otherwise it would just be on constantly throughout both phases, which would be far too powerful and give her FAR too much control over her opponent. Having the trigger stress gain is just far simpler mechanically.
