A character can draw a line from a corner of a square to another square for a ranged shot.

In this example though, the corner of the bottom figure's square is in a wall and the wall extends into the next square.

Does this mean she can't shoot from her upper right corner as it's blocked?

Only walls covering whole edges block line of sight and movement. See line of sight examples. The part of a wall that partially extends into a space does not block line of sight or movement.
