BenBot 155 Posted May 8 Heyo All, I’m wondering what people might do with the last 10pts in this list. Grenades? Offensive Push on Rex? Upgrade the Phase 1 Z-6s to DLTs?! Keep the bid? Thanks for any advice. ++ Skirmish (Galactic Republic) [490 Points] ++ + Commander + •Clone Captain Rex [102 Points]: Aggressive Tactics, Recon Intel + Operative + •R2-D2 [35 Points]: + Corps + Phase I Clone Troopers [94 Points]: Phase I Clone Specialist, Z-6 Phase I Trooper Phase I Clone Troopers [77 Points]: Z-6 Phase I Trooper Phase II Clone Troopers [91 Points]: Overwatch, Z-6 Phase II Trooper Phase II Clone Troopers [91 Points]: Overwatch, Z-6 Phase II Trooper ++ Total: [490 Points] ++ Created with BattleScribe (https://battlescribe.net)
bllaw 250 Posted May 8 10 points is pretty steep for a skirmish bid so I would say either get a couple of fun upgrades such as like you said aggressive tactics on Rex and a grenade OR what I think would be a better option would be to drop one overwatch and downgrade the clone specialist to a generic clone personnel so you got the points for C3-PO with R2. With clones token sharing his calculate odds ability is insane and way too hard to pass up. If you don't wanna drop those upgrades tho, go with what I said first. In my experience 3 or 4 points is plenty of a bid for skirmish so grabbing some extra stuff would be nice 1 1 Timinater and BenBot reacted to this

Thanks! 2 bllaw and Timinater reacted to this
5particus 204 Posted May 14 (edited) I would say drop the z6 on the phase 1's and grab the DC-15. Always good to have the longer range options. That or put targeting scopes on the phase 2's. Maybe drop the specialist and get 2 extra troopers instead. Edited May 14 by 5particus 1 BenBot reacted to this

I recommend a big bid in Skirmish since you get to pick 1 of 4 sides. This is a HUGE advantage that should not be under utilized. I would upgrade everything to p2's give them all Offensive push or Overwatch and put something on rex, I like jetpack + Offensive push. Rex is a fighter in skirmish, so give him the tools to fight well. If you play against a lot of droids, consider giving him droid poppers. 1 BenBot reacted to this

You particularly don't really need the range in Skirmish. 1 BenBot reacted to this
