Before activate can she barrel roll then link it to the red evade to get the token?

Then reveal a blue maneuver removing the stress and doing a regular action?

Any time Sabine performs a barrel roll action, as her pilot ability allows, she can link that action into a red evade action.  Then, as you described, she can perform a blue maneuver to clear the stress, and perform another action (in this case, the only one left would be Focus).

For added fun, consider adding Debris Gambit to her.  As long as she's near an obstacle, her red evade action (yes, even the linked one) becomes white, which greatly opens up your dial possibilities!
