Rayster 5 Posted January 30 While Vader costs less than Shriv, the opportunity cost is still larger for the empire. Cheapest ship Vader can be equipped on is a Raider (44 points) - cheapest Rebel is HH Torp (36 points). So Empire has to spend at least 47 points but the Rebels only have to spend 42 points for a similar (albeit weaker) ability. Additionally, the Empire also loses other uses of Vader - no Admiral Vader, no squad Vader, and no officer Vader. Due to this, I doubt Vader will be nerfed anytime soon. On top of what Rayster said, Rebels have Raddus and Profundity.
