Kramerr 5 Posted January 22 (edited) I am a new player to the game and I just recently bought the Core Set, Rebel Squadron 1, Rebel Squadron 2 and Phoenix Home. To start, I selected the Pelta Command outfitted with AFFM, Adar Talon, Engine Techs, Rapid Launch Bays, Phoenix Home and Flight Commander. I am looking for ideas to add on to this list with what I have so far. Any help would be appreciated. Irate Pooka 144 Posted January 23 Welcome to the community, Kramerr! Since you've got the core set, can I suggest adding a Nebulon-B frigate to your list? Specifically, the Escort chassis with the Yavaris title. Being able to move a squadron with the Pelta (augmented by AFFM), then using Adar to move the activation slider back so the squadron can be part of Yavaris' double tap is absolutely nasty. Also, I'd suggest messing with Dodonna as a commander, as he works brilliantly with both ships and squadrons while being ridiculously cheap. ralphbod 27 Posted January 23 Toryn Farr on a GR75 Transport is another good addition to this kind of fleet. She gives rerolls on blue dice, which is useful for your bombers and their escorts. The Bright Hope title for that ship is also a good choice for more survivability, since Toryn has to get close to the action and is a prime target.
