Chosen can then add the 7 to his total (as per his power desccription). Since this isnt his revealed card, it's not reversed. The other, better option if for Chosen to REPLACE his 04 with the 07, then the 07 is the revealed card, it would reverse to a 70. Still not good enough to win, but who knows...with reinforcements...?
