colours ideas?

so im looking to paint my battle droids in the  geonosis colours but not sure what to use? any hints i use GW mainly and that the most readily available but i can get vallejo and army painter as well. 

any and all help would be great as im just getting into legion

If you are looking to save a lot of time you could probably just prime with something like Army Painter Fur Brown and wash with Agrax or Seraphim sepia. Then stipple Mechanicus Standard Gray/Leadbelcher using a torn foam or sponge to add the scratches. Then more subtle stippling of black. 

I primed my droids with Tamiya Oxide Red, but then took them in a slightly different direction. 
I think if you wash them with Agrax or maybe a bit redder Agrax + Carrobourgh crimson mix it should get you to the desired color pretty easily.

I am just taking a quick look at this, but I think vallejo's blonde, british uniform, or something between might be a start.  Even scale75's birch might look really nice.

nice polda i was wondering what base coat you used in your pics :P i have done some test minis with the army painter brown didnt get the effect i wanted but didnt think of mixing agrax and crimson just use both them on there own :P 

may pick up the tamiya as i know it works and we have a local model shop that sells mostly tamyia so should be easy to get.
