Firstly, Apologies for any mis-spelling of his name.

With that out of the way, if I have a fleet which includes a Gozanti with Comms Net and a GSD with Engine Techs (ignore anything else for the purposes of the question), if I pass across the Manoeuvre token from Gozanti to GSD on turn 1, have I then effectively got endless Engine Techs for the rest of the game?

Turn 2, burn token to Engine Techs, WY gives me the token back.

Turn 3 repeat etc etc.

I think I do, but want to make sure.

Yep. Unless something interferes (Life Support Failure, raid token, etc.)
