Yipe 251 Posted November 6, 2019 I believe there's a typo under the Master Gunner I rule in the RitR rulebook. It's missing a CF symbol in the second sentence. It should read: "When you resolve a CF command by a spending a CF token only, you may treat that command as if you spent a command dial." This would align it with the wording found under Master Gunner II and III, and make more sense overall. 1 Bertie Wooster reacted to this
Karneck 1,990 Posted November 6, 2019 Yup, would say thats a typo.
Red Castle Games 265 Posted November 6, 2019 The other question is whether or not this allows the activating ship to resolve 2 different command dials in the same turn? The (corrected) wording on Master Gunner I reads similar to Pursuant, so my ruling would be that you can, but I'm no Jedi rules expert.
Grumbleduke 810 Posted November 6, 2019 Is there any way to resolve a non-CF command by spending a CF-token? Doesn't seem like it has to be a typo. You never resolve command dials. You resolve commands. Command dials are revealed (or gained) and then spent or discarded. Spending a command dial can let you resolve a command. But yes, like Pursuant, Piett, Thrawn, Master Gunner I gives you the same effect (almost) as gaining a second command dial.
Darth Lupine 1,556 Posted November 7, 2019 And if you put Wulff in your ship, you have permanent two dials every turn. 😊 1 eliteone reacted to this
