Attention, denizens of the B'Zaarke Correla:
The Merchants of Scubbera are not yet ready to resume our trade in your region. The recent attack upon Erris Station has raised serious concerns amongst our analysts. Further security arrangements will need to be made before our trade can resume.

23rd, DPRP: GNIPians vulnerable, easy source of territory.

Open to mutual gains.

We had understood no aggression from your people towards ours, matriarch. Did we miscalculate?

We wish the Talon no ill will but please note that our claws remain out around our lifestars. Trespassers will be mauled. Survivors will be mauled again.

We're open to keeping claws sheathed in other circumstances...

No aggression.

GNIPian lifestars will be Talon lifestars.

Quantity of GNIPian lifestars could be DPRP lifestars.

This is our offering.  No intrusion.

Claws sheathed in GNIPian space.

Matriarch Talon, we are joining the invasion of the GNIPian Guardians. We didn't want to say anything until we were ready, but we are ready now.

Please don't shoot us (likewise DPRP).

<Aside> keeping in mind that I totally launched an unprovoked attack against GNIP, I don't really love the idea of ganging up against him < /aside>

It is natural.  Predators strike prey, scavengers bide their time until the scent of blood, and the rest starve.

If Organism Wooster does not eat here, which of us shall he try to devour?

One must consume.  Grow.

Turn 17 Hyperpings:

Jynx, Ravnos, Trill, Vex, Wisp.

At Kallix, Vice Admiral Sir Bobo Gargle of the Guardians of GNIPia accidentally opened a cupboard and was consumed by a creature that could only be described as "kind of green." The Kallix fleet does not jump this turn.

At Kallix, Saboteurs have destroyed certain key power systems. The Credit production value of Kallix is reduced by 7 for next turn only.

At Wisp, a 23rd Task Force fleet encounters a Talon scout ship. They ignore each other, and the 23rd Task Force proceeds to invade the GNIPian controlled planet.
14 Task Force GF lost in the invasion.

The Merchants of Scubbera are ready to resume trade in the B'Zaarke Correla, though at a reduced rate due to increased security costs.

We offer 7 credits for each resource of Ardanium. Berubian, Cortheum, Dedlanite, and Exonium.

For planets with TWO of any of these resources we will give 28 credits.

For planets with THREE of any these resources we will give 63 credits.

We will make it generally worth your while...

23rd Task Force - we hold you directly responsible for the disruption of trade in this sector.

To help recoup our losses caused by this disruption, we are annexing Myris Alpha and Kallix. They are now under our protection.

We humbly request that you cease offensive actions in this system.

In exchange for your recognition of our sovereignty claim, we hope to be able to conduct resource exchanges with your people in future. We do not currently need Ardanium though that could change in future.

Acceptable @Bertie Wooster?

Friend, Matriarch of the Talon, we trust that our sovereignty claim will not encroach upon your plans @The Jabbawookie?

No encroachment.

Good hunting.

Should it be wished, we offer Red Organism The Fortieth Pollux as alternative to one lifestar, for Organism Wooster.  Agreeable territorial division.

Pollux, though blockaded, remains infested by the Guardians, correct?

Organism Wooster, what say you?

If I understand correctly, I leave, say, Myris Alpha to you and instead invade Pollux?

@Bertie Wooster

I wouldn't do it @Bertie Wooster, Pollux is better. Keep that one for yourself. Less of a garrison, too. . .
