Hello from Reddit!

The mini-figs that you are proposing are outside of Lego's general scope of products. They don't make sets for mature properties as they are toys designed for and aimed at kids.  Also, thank you for not trying to pass the mini-figs that I designed off as your own this time.

Also, Your link doesn't work.

While true, they have released sets in their ideas line that are certainly not designed and aimed at kids.  For example, the ‘Friends Cafe’ set.

Depending on on the quality of project proposed  (hard to say since it can’t be viewed currently) it is well within the realm of possibility that a mythos or Arkham files inspired set could be released via LEGO ideas.

Depending on the route taken it could have a similar vibe to the Monster Fighter sets from a few years ago

You're not wrong.  However, I think there's a difference between releasing a "Friends" set and a "Game of Thrones" set. While both are aimed at adults, one is clearly not kid friendly where the other one is.

With the Monster Fighters sets, and the more recent Hidden Side sets, they're approaching "scary" material in the same way that Scooby Doo does. (Which they've coincidentally released sets for as well)  This Scooby Doo approach makes these kinds of "scary" sets less frightening for kids and therefore still within the brand that Lego wishes to put forward. They could approach Arkham Horror in a similar fashion.  However, I very much doubt that they will. Especially with them already producing their own "scary" sets with the Hidden Side line.
