Agreed.  Pod is looking shady as heck right now with the initial Tracker claim (which scum could fakeclaim in a closed setup, betting against real tracker(s)) and has ties to GNIPs and Matt as well.

Counterclaims are not the work of smart scum this early in the game, because it's an easy bluff to call.

Although I can see the possibility of some sort of weird night interference (bus driver/roleblocker etc) I've always been a proponent of Occam's Razor and there are too many claims for it to be likely.

I assume by this and your previous question to myself that you suspect the hand of a busdriver? That would only work, I think, if actions between myself and ovi were swapped, right? So you think you see me, and instead see ovi do nothing, and CV still sees you visit ovi. 

At that point, my question is why would there be two trackers, one of them one-shot? I know for certain that I did something last night. So either Pod was redirected or he is lying. If he turns out to truly be a tracker, then he was redirected, which leaves CV an unknown because in the above scenario he too could be telling the truth. 

If the above is correct, and a busdriver is in play, then what other actions must we consider? Firstly and most obviously, the bullet was meant for me. I was the subject of a last minute lynch train D1. Why would I, most likely to be under suspicion today, be shot in the night? Did anybody else try to do anything to ovi or me? Like the doc protecting ovi, or somebody watching me with false results? I am not asking for claims or hints, just putting it out there as food for thought. Which was the more likely night kill target, myself or ovi? What actions should have affected myself or ovi that didn't? If there were none, and ovi is the more likely target (as I think he probably was), then there is no busdriver and Pod is lying. If there are, then maybe all 3 of us are telling the truth, and we should look elsewhere (I suggest Caldias, as the other guy who didn't lynch).

Until further info is revealed, I am inclined to think Pod is lying, and so am keeping my vote on him. That may change, however.

This is hard will try to put something coherent together by end of day.

i'm perfectly aware of how this looks and willing to take that risk. someone is lying for sure. potentially multiple people. 

We have to explore that possibility or town is not doing its job.
