RuusMarev 2,697 Posted October 5, 2019 ...I was worried it said, "in this room" and we would have to go back, lol 1 P-47 Thunderbolt reacted to this
P-47 Thunderbolt 4,177 Posted October 5, 2019 I should probably head to bed too, but is there anything else you want to do "tonight" (in universe night, not real life night) as far as the story goes?
RuusMarev 2,697 Posted October 5, 2019 "Quick, everyone with strain, go to bed, tomorrow is going to be rough!" The RPG equivalent of finding extra ammo and med packs next to a save point in computer games. Lol 1 P-47 Thunderbolt reacted to this
RuusMarev 2,697 Posted October 5, 2019 Naw, I'm good, nice time for real world break as well. 1 P-47 Thunderbolt reacted to this
P-47 Thunderbolt 4,177 Posted October 5, 2019 Everyone heals all Strain and one wound. I won't be available for most of tomorrow, as I'm going to be playing Age of Rebellion in person, but I might be able to do some stuff before 2/after 9 (giving a general range, not necessarily precise). P-47 Thunderbolt 4,177 Posted October 6, 2019 Where do you want them? By the ship, or close to the alley? If outside of the ship, please give a range band (the alley is at long range from the ship).
RuusMarev 2,697 Posted October 6, 2019 I'm thinking halfway between the ship and the possible source of the light. Cade and Kara will get closer and assess the situation and hopefully draw out "Mr/Miss Help"
P-47 Thunderbolt 4,177 Posted October 6, 2019 So Medium range. Got it.
P-47 Thunderbolt 4,177 Posted October 6, 2019 Please roll for initiative (Vigilance). Falmok can use Survival.
RuusMarev 2,697 Posted October 6, 2019 Cade. : 3eA 1 success, 1 advantage Kara : 2eA 2 successes, 1 advantage Falmok : 3eP 1 success, 2 advantage Darien : 2eA 1 success, 2 advantage
P-47 Thunderbolt 4,177 Posted October 6, 2019 Hidden enemy equals hidden initiative. 1st Group: Initiative: 1eA+1eP 3 successes 2nd Group: Initiative: 1eP+1eA 2 successes, 2 advantage 3rd Group: Initiative: 1eP+1eA 1 success, 1 Triumph 1) Pyke goon group 3s 2) Pyke goon group 2s2a 3) 1st PC 2s1a 4) 2nd PC 1s2a 5) 3rd PC 1s2a 6) 4th PC 1s1a 7) Pyke goon group 1s1t (free maneuver)
P-47 Thunderbolt 4,177 Posted October 6, 2019 The first minion group aims and fires at Cade: Shooting at Cade: 1eP+2eA+1eB+1eD+1eS 3 successes, 1 threat Hitting you squarely for 11 damage With the one Threat they'll take 1 Strain 'cuz you're scary. RuusMarev 2,697 Posted October 6, 2019 How far are they?
P-47 Thunderbolt 4,177 Posted October 6, 2019 You don't see the ones in the alley, the ones on the roof are in Short range. If you want to see the ones in the alley, it will be a maneuver: Easy Perception check with 3 Setback.
RuusMarev 2,697 Posted October 6, 2019 Cade charges towards the alley targets, Kara will shoot at the rooftop. (Shame about the lack of jetpacks)
P-47 Thunderbolt 4,177 Posted October 6, 2019 Shooting at the rooftop is Easy difficulty, but it garners 4 Setback, 2 for cover and 2 for concealment. Since Cade charges into the alley, he sees them. They are at Short range from where he and Kara were, they had snuck up behind the Quarren before taking him out.
P-47 Thunderbolt 4,177 Posted October 6, 2019 Cade should be at 0 Strain and 4 Wounds, Kara should be at 0 Strain, 0 Wounds.
RuusMarev 2,697 Posted October 6, 2019 (edited) Cade attempts to repeat his attack he did at the bar, an attack angle that can impact multiple people... He will be screaming and threatening Kara opens fire on rooftop : 1eA+2eP+4eS+1eD 0 successes, 2 advantage Edited October 6, 2019 by RuusMarev
P-47 Thunderbolt 4,177 Posted October 6, 2019 You miss, but with the 2 Advantage you can add a Setback to their next check as you pin them down. Cade's difficulty will be Average.
RuusMarev 2,697 Posted October 6, 2019 Cade : 1eA+2eP+2eD 1 success, 2 threat, 2 Triumph
P-47 Thunderbolt 4,177 Posted October 6, 2019 WOW! You kill one outright, and you can spend a Triumph to crit the other one, killing them both, however, you need to roll a Setback die because I forgot to list it when I listed your difficulty, but you had a Setback die passed onto you from the missed attack. So please just roll 1 Setback die and we'll add its result to the pool.
