Filling out Character Sheet

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I'm new to Anima, I've had the book for a while but keep struggling on how to fill out the character sheet.   Could someone give me some picture examples or tell me where everything is filled out at?  If you provide a picture example, please point out what each thing on there is.  I mean like a basic beginning character sheet.  When I've tried filling it out, I've become so confused...

Please help me, thank you!

Hashimoto

I created a file not too long ago to help people get through the character creation process, so I added some images to it so you could follow it visually. If this doesn't help you, I don't know what will.

The official character sheet is a mess. Its worse as there are bits of the three powers (Ki, Magic and Psychic) strewn all over the place.

FWIW I cut and slahsed the existing character sheet using MS Paint to convert into a simpler 2 page version, with all Ki, Magic and Psychic stuff on the 2nd page and lumped into their seperate groups. Its still not amazing but it may be useful.

PM me your email if you want a copy.

I was directed to the Dungeons and Dragons DM guid 2 for fourth edition, and it has helped me streamline and run the game. I have transferred many of the concepts and even the Character creation process down to Anima. Given that anima is rule heavy in some area's and extremly vague in others, I have taken to just sharing one players manual with my players, and then morphing the rule and creation to fit a simplified version. My players don't know/don't care that it isn't the same as the system Anima is built for. They are mostly focused on the feel of the game, and the area's they play in, not the game play itself.

I'm still just a little confused on the whole process...any more advice or help? Maybe a filled out sheet already??  I wont copy, I like to make my things unique, I just need a little more guidance.

I can't seem to get the page to load. Is there any chance you can send it to me individually? I'm having issues navigating the character sheet as well, and I'm also a bit lost as to how the combat system is supposed to be run. I've got the DM guide and yet it doesn' seem to help much. :P
