Also had to get a new Orokos account as I couldn't figure out what password I used. 

The way minions work is they roll attributes only.  They have a limited set of skills and for that limited set of skills, each minion in the group after the first counts as a skill rank, so minion groups of 6+ minions count as having 5 ranks in their group skills. If they are rolling yellow dice the minion group gets 1 attack.

@AnomalousAuthor it's now up to you and your temporarily extended command to protect the jedi from the droids (vehicle weapons kill whatever they hit) and check the fallen for survivors and administer emergency medical care to stabilize them for transport.  *how* do you want to accomplish that.   Don't forget the second group of jedi protecting obiwan, RandiQuade, and Mireska.

Gotcha. I was wondering about the minions because the Clone Troopers dont have gunnery for some reason.

The ones that come with the lat do (as opposed to those being transported by the laat).  When you squad up you can use their or your skills too.

How many clone troopers are we talking about here?

What I was thinking for next turn is to land the LAATs so that they provide physical cover for as many of the injured Jedi as possible, have the troopers disembark and form a perimeter/attend to the downed Jedi.

Probably have Wraith’s squad land next to the group with the greatest need with SGT. Scrap’s covering the others.

You've probably got 60 troopers plus the crews of the laats (which is probably 4 or 5 per laat) you've also got 9 sergeants (included in the 60).

Alrighty, give me a bit to figure all that out logistically. I’ll give you an updated battle plan at that point.

60 troopers from 10 gunships will make 10, 6 man squads (including mine) w/each squad led by a sergeant. 

Ok. What I’m thinking is having the 8 remaining LAATs make a strafing run on the droid formation. Four of them will then disembark their troopers over by Obi Wan and company. Two of those squads will form a battle perimeter around that group, while the other two attend to the injured Jedi with the aim of medivacing Obi Wan out with one of the LAATs. 

The remaing four LAATs will land by the main group of Jedi, doing much the same.

Wraith and his squad will stay on their LAAT for this round providing a diversion, while Scrap and his squad will hit the ground with the others.

 

So, im thinking 8 more vehicle attacks vs the droids followed up with a grand total of 4 squads seeing to the medical needs of the downed jedi, prepping them for evac, and 5 taking the fight to the droids. That sound about right @EliasWindrider?

If I’m over or underestimating the number of downed jedi, or battle droids, at either location, just let me know and I’ll adjust plans accordingly. Lots of moving parts.

There are about 160 downed jedi, you may want to enlist  @Bellona's help with the medical stuff after finding out she's been tending to obiwan.

Wife is bugging me to go to costco before they close, but here are the rolls for the LAATs attacks. Needless to say, lots of droids are being blown the eff up. I'll finish my IC post when I get back, but here are the results of those if anyone wants to make plans and stuff before I'm able to post.

And what would be the expected standard procedure when OWK is medevacced - would Mireska go with them to continue working on him, or would she stay on the ground to complete the triage (assuming that other Jedi Healers are on stand-by to receive OWK)?

Will one or more Medicine checks (difficulty 2 or 3) be enough to manage the triage under fire once we get that far, or do you want to increase the difficulty and/or add set-backs? Or should some of those rolls be based on the minions' own stats?

Obiwan is stable enough to medivac, he'd likely be put into bacta tank on one of the clone ships, which would go to coruscant a day or two from now after the battle is over. The droids won't be much of an issue much longer.  There won't be (m)any jedi healers on site besides you.    

Once the fighting is over roll a force enhanced medicall check, a triumph is worth 10, a force pip or success is worth 5, an advantage is worth 1.  That's the number of fallen jedi you can stabilize for stransport.

You seem to be doing a good job with the commanding, I don't think the droids are that much more of a threat to the jedi... do you want to roll a d6 to determine how many troopers you lose, have @Bellona's roll for how many jedi can be recovered and cutscene away.  @MrTInce  Ker'see will be back up on her feet after getting a stimpack, would she want to collect jango's blaster as a souvenir (he will try to get it back if you do)

I suspect Tinari would want to take a look at that blaster. Not keep it but look it over. With his connection to things Mandalorian he would at least want to get a feel for what the 'enemy' is using. As far as Ker'see being a target, he might well remember both of us as being willing to use ranged attacks as well as lightsabers. :(

Once things resolve fighting wise he will want to look over the arena and the podium, try and reconstruct what actually happened and see what clues he can pick up on Dooku and 'this Fett".

Mireska will certainly want to thank the soldiers who rescued them in the nick of time. 

And she'll definitely do a double-take or more once she sees more than one soldier without his bucket on. Medical curiosity dial set on High! :blink:

The "general" business is going to disturb her. She certainly doesn't feel qualified to be a general! :o

Sadly, the Triumphs seem to be boycotting my virtual dice for this encounter. :(

It looks like Mireska can only add another 34 to the number of Jedi saved (and she's using 3 DS pips for that ... Conflict?)
