Bertie Wooster 1,857 Posted July 5, 2019 July Fourth is celebrated in a number of countries, including Rwanda, where it marks the end of the 100 day genocide / civil war. I was in Rwanda on July 4th, 2014, twenty years after the "end" of the infamous genocide. There were fireworks to celebrate, which I was surprised by, but apparently it was because it was the 20th anniversary.
