1 cheat per list format

For the lols, I'm thinking of having a small event where you may include in your list 1 upgrade that a ship may not otherwise take (1 instance of said cheat per list). Funni examples for da bois who want to game break:

Outrider on Blackout

Supernatural Kanan

Inertial dampeners on Han

Vader crew on Maul

Engine upgrade for RAC

And that is where the satire is. It's too stupid to exist on a chassis with R2D2, passive mods, large base boost, Kanan, etc.

Punishing One, ironically would be good for sooooo many ships. 3 die Vader with an astromech? R2 and R3 would both be strong. Fenn Rau with a 6 Die range one primary? Guri with 4 die primary and either R2 or R4? Luke would essentially be a fully modded proton torpedo on every shot... with two astromechs!!! Take R2 and R5 for to heal up, or R2 and R2D2 for maximum regen.

I think you need to change the post, are you saying a format where you can break the slot system, a format where you could go over the point limit (by some arbitrary number of points say 207) or are you saying that the illicit slot on Han should be removed so he no longer has ID?

1 slot break per list, pt. still apply. Thus, Blackout with Outrider costs 76 pt.

IG-2000 for Scum looks to still have some abusive options.

IG-2000 Serissu or Drea with two IG-88s (Aggressors and/or IG-88D carrier) lets you reroll either offense or defense dice like crazy as long as they stick together.

IG-2000 Guri with IG-88C & D Aggressors makes close quarters a nightmare when they can easily stack focus/evade or focus/target lock, and Guri gains a K-Turn + hard turn into 180 degree rotation, expanding her options. Don't know how IG-88D's ability + the Viper's linked Boost>Focus interact, but it might give Guri the ability to link boost into focus+evade too.

IG-2000 4-Lom with two Aggressors is possibly the worst though, now the Aggressors can get Calculates on their red maneuvers and shed stress onto enemy ships that get too close. That's up to 3 stress you can force on the opponent every turn.

You can also give any crew carrier another pilot's skill by giving it IG-88D and putting IG-2000 on the pilot of your choice.

You could indeed go wild with titles.

I'll keep it 'simple' and take Sense on Outmanoevre, 5th Bro Echo. The brain ache is strong with this one.

Fun tricks (but Drea doesn't work... non-limited [generic] ships only).

This Guri question is answerable question, though, and of relevance to existing pilots.

After you do a boost, you could add both the IG-88 C and Linked action to the Ability Queue.  Add the evade first, then the linked action.  The Evade resolves first, then the red calculate, and you'd have double tokens.  It's pretty similar to the Jake Farrell example in the Rules Reference (barrel roll into focus into boost), and there's a similar trick that a Debris Gambit Kickback Torrent can do, where you barrel roll, add both the red linked Evade and kickback's ability for a red Lock into the queue.  Debris Gambit will reduce the Evade to white, so you'll be unstressed when you next resolve the red Lock action.

Depending on how it would work out, Moldy Crow on Anakin with 7B.

Anakin with 4 red dice and the ability to camp on focus?  Spend the first couple rounds building up focus and then go nuts.

Works for any Jedi, really.

 

Also, what about cards that the “cheat” card unlocks?  For example, Tallie with Moldy Crow now has a forward arc, so 3 attack Tallie with Outmaneuver, Heroic, and Advanced Optics seems....pretty good at 64 points.  Especially with some banked focus.

Afterburners on any large or medium ship... mmmmmm boosting U-wings or ARCs

Kylo crew on whatever + Gavin Darklighter + swarms

Outrider on Scum Han.

Rebel Millennium Falcon title on any TIE Defender.

Any degenerate combination of Republic or Resistance astromechs on anything that really shouldn’t have an astromech.

IG2000/Juke/Afterburner/HLC Quinn Jast + Titled Rigged/Juke Iggy C&B looks fun. :) Would need allot of loose cargo.

Yeah, RAC’s a good choice too. That 270, 3 dice coverage is nice, with some token retention to boot.
