Parasite cage and oogie boogie

Hello,

If I put a beast for example on parasite cage, can the opponent play another beast on his friend area and so discard the beast in parasite cage?

i have an other question, if i have jack and zero but the opponent plays oogie boogie on my world can I discard zero instead of jack?

for your first question - no. if you friend is capured by the cage, you cannot play another friend of the same name until you either defeat the cage and get the friend back or the cage (and friend inside) is discarded

for your second - yes you can discard the Zero in place of the Jack when an Oogie is played.
