Part of the text on Maze is " Reveal your dial."

Is the reason that the Apprentice cannot react to this:

a) Only one dial is being revealed, and Apprentice states ".. when honor dial*s* are revealed..."?
b) Apprentice only reacts to either of the two Framework Steps "Reveal honor dials"?

c) Other?

Or can Tactician's Apprentice react to Maze of Illusion?

Apprentice will trigger any time multiple dials are revealed, so option A. The apprentice cannot react to Maze of Illusion.
