Moving before Clashes

As much as I get the concept of the clash in skirmishes, mechanically it doesn't really play in a smooth way.

And since either participants can basically stop de clash after one round without any issues (in most cases), it makes the whole action a bit gimmicky if you want to have interesting tactical terrain/fights.

Though, if the challenge action does NOT include the range and movement rule from duels (move to range 2 narratively and all actions in range)  it makes it ok. Easier to handle as a GM.
