You know, we could take this as an opportunity to show the rest of the galaxy that the citizens of F'Tarq are different.

We don't need violence. We don't need warfare.

There is nothing that is strictly forcing you to conquer your fellow citizens, just your basal instincts. We could all agree to only colonize two planets, jam them chock-full of ground forces as a deterrent, and then from there spend all of our resources throwing massive parties (increasing our credit / industrial capacity). 

Or you know, we could kill each other. I guess that works too.

For the moment I need planet B to deliver supplies to The Jabbawookie, and Planet B would be beneficial for my goal, but I can live without it.
