We have a GSD2, a GSD1, or an Arquitens Light Cruiser we are willing to sell, and ready to be delivered if you so wish.

Are you still interested in selling the Arquitens Light Cruiser?

If so we are prepared to offer you 108 credits (2:1 exchange range as used previously) in exchange for this ship being delivered to B and donated to the Consortium fleet

Tempting offer, but for now we need the Arquitens. It is possible we will be in a position to sell it in a few turns.

Sure, no problem.

We appear to have the inverse problem you have (we excess credits) and so are glad to do business again in future.

Thank you for what you have given us already!

At Mandalore, the Trondi Irregulars have arrived to avenge their Princeling.
Irregulars: 497 First Order: 440
53% vs 47% (no advantage)
Trondi gain no combat advantage, First Order gain a +1 from abilities.
Roll: 8 + 1 = 9 result - Attacker takes 40% casualties, defender takes 20%

Trondi lose: 2    Y-Wing , NebE 2    """T'Nar's Legacy""" , 2    A-Wing, HHTC 4    """Liberation""", GR-75M 1    """Task Force 2"""  1    Z-95    1    Y-Wing        and must retreat.

First Order lose: CR90B, GOZ, Awing, Ywing, Bwing.

Processing. Please hold.

At planet B, a Nordic Beserker GSD1 has surrendered to the Consortium.

At planet Qiaxx a FUNK fleet has engaged the Syndicate over their homeworld.
FUNK: 490 vs Syndicate: 226
69% vs 31% = -3 to attackers advantage
ROLL: 10 - 3 = 7 result - Both sides take 30% casualties

FUNK loses a GSD2 with 2GF on board. Syndicate loses 4 Mandalorian Guantlet Fighters.

The Syndicate fleet is obliged to withdraw.

Qiaxx has fallen to the FUNK. 1 FUNK GF was lost in the fighting.

I believe those are all the actions for the turn. If I have missed anything, please let me know.

Turn 17 is now live. Orders are due in 72 hours.

So 3 Y-wings, which model Neb, 2 A-wings, 1 HHTC, 1 GR-75M, 1 Z-95?

And was the pickup on Pen'tok successful?

@Matt3412 We declare war on the FUNK, of course, and will aid you in retaking your planet when the opportunity arises.

Yes.

It's unclear to me exactly how this was meant to work, but yes. The GNIP fleet does not fire on the First Order transports, who pick up whatever it was they were picking up (2 GF perhaps?) and are forced to retreat.

I will let GNIP confirm the cargo exactly.

I'm worried hes going to achieve an economic victory now

Yo @FortyInRed you want A?

You can have it if you take my capital back for me

@idjmv I believe you are well positioned to hit the funk, they are clearly extended

@clontroper5 @GhostofNobodyInParticular

Although your instinct may be to enter a war on the side of the Knaves, I suggest you reconsider:

1. As a faction in possession of 5 planets and virtually untouched by war, the Knaves are likely unmatched by any one of us.

2. The Knaves are now very close to conquering 2 additional capital systems, gaining 5 victory points and ensuring a win.  This is a clear existential threat to all of us.

3. Both of your capital worlds are alone in their systems and near FUNK production.  They are therefore optimal targets, especially if you commit forces to combat.

4. As a bonus, we could each potentially emerge from this conflict with additional planetary holdings.

I built a GRM (18 points) and loaded it with 2GF (20 points), set to surrender to the MOFO fleet when it arrived. 'Twas the stuff marked in red on the spreadsheet. It has been deleted now, as the transfer was successful.

2. The Knaves are now very close to conquering 2 additional capital systems, gaining 5 victory points and ensuring a win.  This is a clear existential threat to all of us. We're at 4 now; we'd still need another VP.

3. Both of your capital worlds are alone in their systems and near FUNK production.  They are therefore optimal targets, especially if you commit forces to combat. That would be an utter betrayal of Matt-like proportions.

4. As a bonus, we could each potentially emerge from this conflict with additional planetary holdings. Would it be worth the cost, though?

@GhostofNobodyInParticular @clontroper5 We do not ask that you join us in attacking the Syndicate (or anyone else on their side), as we were clearly the aggressors. But at least we expect that you do not fight us.

We had no treaty or alliance with the Syndicate, so nothing was "broken" in our surprise attack on them.

Brother, we are uniquely position to assist you as all of your worlds are one jump away from our strongholds. I will not be known as Hank the Oathbreaker. We will come to your aid.  @Bertie Wooster we formally declare war too. Though we have no prior cause for ill feelings, we feel honor-bound to come to the defense of our allies. I hope that we can come to a quick resolution to this conflict before too much more blood is shed.

We are prepared to drop a 500-point fleet on A (allowing you to focus on retaking your capital) or on Q (gloriously fighting to reclaim your capital). I suppose we could also drop said fleet on Y, though I would question the logic of doing so.

Let me know your preference?

@GhostofNobodyInParticular I would like to call in a favor if possible (see page 38). is there any way we could ask you to join this conflict on our side? Barring that, could we politely request assistance in the form of ships? If you feel a strong conflict of interest, I will commit to you that they will be used only defensively, similarly to how I promised not to use Tron'di ships against the Mandalorians.

@BiggsIRL would you consider laying aside your vendetta against our allies the Mandalorians? We could use a powerful ally like you in the conflict to come.
