No - all these conversations are happening via the local hypernet, which has been hacked.

In my experience, allowing private communication between players slows the whole game down. 

I might eventually allow some kind of private chat, but only on a very time-limited basis.

For our purposes starfighters have no hyperdrive.

Ships can carry their squadron value of squadrons and ground forces.

What about if we rendaveiw ? As in we both have ships at the same planet?

Meaning Squadron value of 1 equals [1 Squadron AND 1 Ground forces]

or Squadron value of 1 equals [1 Squadron OR 1 Ground forces]

A ship with squadron 3 can carry 3 squadrons OR 3 Ground Forces OR a combination of both where the total of both does not exceed 3.

 

And no to the rendezvous (thank you Jabbawookie for that translation - I had no idea). There is no private messaging in this game at this time. Imagine we are all seated at the same table playing the game - there is no option for "pardon me, Matt3412, shall we step into the other room?"

Yes, we can do as many turns in a week as possible as the game gets going.

Right now waiting on @GhostofNobodyInParticular To submit turn 1 orders. Processing will not take long, then on to turn 2!

Meaning I will make what you desire. Then meet in deep space at a specified Location and then Finally we will exchange credits for created ships.
             
Stipulations of contract        
1) Mutual non aggression pact while unit/s being created/delivered 
2) My people will agree to have no aggression for 5 turns post transaction  
3) your people will agree to no aggression for 2 turns post transaction    
             
             
If breached at any point the market will close to you permanently
