Admiral Theia 610 Posted December 30, 2018 Swap the Neb for Pelta with STM. swap QBT’s for Engineering captains and play Leia. Every repair command will be 9 points. also, Leia cdr Pelta with STM, Ray Antilles, and Projection Experts can transfer two shields for free, heal those two shields, then still have the token for STM. ive been playing this in CC. I thought about that, but I wonder if Comms Net isn't the better option? Yes, Comms Net only gives 2 points, but Repair Crews is useless until the cruisers start getting into hull.
