Well if he is doing the flavor in line with his role, it looks more like a wierd town thing... Not really a cult. Hmm I can't imagine what that would mean though. Although if he is a 3rd party cult what a terrible clue to give us. Because I believe LP isn't dumb I think he has some ability like he alluded too and that he is town. probably

Good Ser @EbonHawk! Wise Maesters! Gentle Smallfolk! Fear not my beseechings though they mayhaps feel foreign to thee! For I have at last mastered mine own letters once more (after a nasty bash on the head at Ashcors) and have begun yet another complete reread of that most holy of scry’s A Song of Ice & Fire!

Given that thr Lord our Pod denied us meat and mead as setting to our assemblage I shall channel this and speak thusly!
