Wyliekyote 0 Posted December 13, 2018 Hey all! Question regarding Qui-Gon 2's ability: "While this character has 2 or more shields, increase the value of his character dice by 1. While this character has 3 or more shields, increase the value of his upgrade dice by 1." I read these as working together, or stacking. Not being one or the other. Once Qui has 2 shields, the first part triggers. THEN, once he has 3 shields they both trigger (since having 3 shields inherently means he has 2 shields). Is this correct? Cheers! Rafug9 5 Posted December 13, 2018 That is correct they are separate abilities.
Atomisk 66 Posted December 13, 2018 Yup, 2 shields boost character die and 3 or more boosts character die and upgrade die. As someone who plays a Quigon2 deck, I can't tell you the amount of times that my opponents get his ability wrong. One gentleman thought that the 3 or more shield line just increased his character die again. But you are reading it correctly
